At the core is the Mission: Reset coaching program, an 8-week immersive experience that fuses foundational breath practices with movement, mindfulness, fitness, and daily structure—designed for men who are ready to rewrite their story.

Foundational Breathing is the primary breathwork practice in the relaxing pillar of Lost Art Breath. Foundational Breathing is, hands down, the best breathing practice for relaxing the nervous system and reducing stress. I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your belly, lungs, neck, and head. Hold for just a moment, and when you’re ready, exhale with a verbal sigh. Now do this a few more times.
